Collin is a fantastic salesman who made the entire process as seamless as possible. Hands down, this was the fastest I've ever gotten through turning in my old lease and driving off in a new one, and that's thanks entirely to him. I'll also add that I showed up significantly late to our appointment, and Collin was completely gracious about it—he even spotted me pulling in and greeted me at the door. Jennings Volkswagen in Glenview had posted a vehicle I was interested in, next day I was there at 8:30 am and was met by Dan Kazak who immediately got the process started, and also Arek Aneszko stepped in at times to assist and I'll tell you they were both professional, courteous, and welcoming.
