I had a problem with the remote start on my car. I called Volkswagen customer service and that had me reinstall the app but it didn't work. They told me it would take 4-21 days to get back to me. I found that unacceptable. So, I called Daniel Sepulveda, who I purchased my car through. He was very gracious to help me and it only took a couple of minutes to get the app working. After trying to express my dissatisfaction with an unpleasant experience at his service center, the Service Director told me that when he's dissatisfied with a customer experience, he "doesn't make a fuss". He offered to walk me through the technical background of what was done to my car but said that this usually doesn't help, implying I wouldn't understand. Felt patronized and more frustrated than I already was to begin with. I’m in disbelief at how condescending and dismissive this man could be to an unhappy customer. Will never return.
