2016 Volkswagen Vehicles Provide a New Level of Connectivity

Volkswagen Models with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

If you have an iPhone or Android smartphone, you are probably looking for a car with the best connectivity for your phone. Lucky for you, most Volkswagen vehicles for the 2016 model year will have VW Car-Net App-Connect which is part of the all-new MIB II infotainment system. This new system when equipped with App-Connect will be able to integrate with iPhone devices through Apple CarPlay, and Android devices through Android Auto. App-Connect will also integrate with MirrorLink, which allows for connectivity with a variety of other smartphone operating systems as well. So if you have a smartphone and you are looking to connect with your car’s infotainment system, a 2016 Volkswagen model may be just what you need. Below we have provided a list of Volkswagen models with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which are included in App-Connect.
