| Don Reilly I recently purchased a new 2012 Golf TDI. First and foremost, Jennings VW is a no pressure dealer that provided me with a fair and honest price. Including the financing, that price happened to be one of the lowest offers on the table. This was my first Volkswagen and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Visiting several other dealerships during my search (VW & Mini), Arek, Sue and Paula were the most professional and that made me feel comfortable with my purchase. They made every effort to ensure I was satisfied. During the transaction, I decided on a different vehicle and they went as far as providing me a loaner car while my golf arrived from port. Not many dealerships I know would help a customer like that. I wanted to buy a VW anyway since I had many of them in Germany (where I lived till 2005) and was always very satisfied. We met Don Reilly and he was very friendly and supportive even when we told him that Jennings is basically too far from our place when it comes to service. We were able to drive the new Passat (very nice car!) and the new Jetta. Don stayed in touch with me since I had to return to Germany for another 3 weeks and at the end we also got the best price so we decided to buy our new car at Jennings once I finally returned to the US middle of October. Unfortunately (!) the Passat Diesel I was looking for had a long delivery time but Don showed us some new Jettas as an alternative and they had exactly what we were looking for in stock (unfortunately not a Diesel) and Don worked hard to get everything arranged for us so that we were able to leave the dealership with a nice new Jetta 2.5 SEL. I guess we got a really good deal but what we appreciated most was Don's friendliness and the way he treated us as customers (and we are not one of these spoiled customers). | Anthony Buchanan My car didn't start ib yesterday's fridfid weather and when it did start the oil light came on and a message that said "STOP". I had to go downtown, took the train, and got home to late to call last night. When I called this morning, Anthony reassured me and suggested that if the car would start, I should stop by to have the fluid levels checked. He was waiting when I entered the service enterance and had everything checked and I was on my way within a few minutes. I just wanted to say thanks! | Kerry Leino I have had truly exceptional service with Jennings. I bought my Jetta from Jennings in 2007, and moved to Washington DC shortly after. While there, I had several issues with my car, and brought it to multiple dealerships in that area, none of which took the time or effort to correct the issue when they couldn't duplicate it in the service center, causing me to have to bring the car back in a week later when it inevitably began to have difficulty again. A year later, in 2008, I moved back to Chicago and began taking my car to Jennings once again. The technicians, Kerry especially, have made my life much easier by being fantastic, no matter what is required for the job. When I had an issue with my car this past week that resolved itself, I could not decide whether or not to bring my car in, for fear that when it could not be duplicated again, nothing would happen. I e-mailed the service department, and Kerry had called within 15 minutes to discuss the issue. I brought my car in, and even when they were unable to duplicate the issue, they were able to discuss another vehicle with a similar issue, call technical support, and find a fix for it. I am beyond thrilled with the service I have received from everyone at Jennings- my car is extremely important to me, as my job requires me to do 5-7 home visits a day, and Jennings has made sure that I am well taken care of! Except for periodic Mondays, my work keeps me the same distance. While BMW has an elaborate lounge, etc, the dealership there is busy to the point of being crowded, impersonal and a little stressful. Kudos to Jennings.
